Processing times are separate from shipping and delivery times.

For in-stock orders, orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days.

For pre-order items, orders are generally processed within 7–14 business days before shipping. The applicable pre-order processing information will also be displayed on the product page.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing your order. This includes your full name, shipping address, apartment or unit information where applicable, city, state, ZIP/postal code, country, email address, and phone number.
