Return & Refund Policy

All hair products purchased from The Royal Effect are final sale due to health, hygiene, and sanitation reasons. This includes bundles, wigs, closures, frontals, and other hair products.

No returns or exchanges are accepted.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@theroyaleffect.beauty.

Please include your order number, photos of the item, and a clear description of the issue so we can review it and determine the appropriate resolution.

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Pre-Order Items

All pre-order items are also final sale.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with the vendor. Please review the product details, selected options, and processing information carefully before placing a pre-order.

Pre-orders are processed within 7–14 business days before shipping. Shipping time is separate from the processing period.

Refunds

Because our hair products are final sale, refunds are not provided for changes of mind, incorrect selections, or other reasons unrelated to a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

If an issue with your order is reported within the required 48-hour period and approved after review, The Royal Effect will determine the appropriate resolution.
