Do you ship internationally?

At this time, The Royal Effect ships within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available.

How long does it take to process my order?

In-stock orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days. Pre-order items are processed within 7–14 business days before shipping. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is an item that is not currently in physical stock but is available to reserve. Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page, along with the applicable processing timeframe.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with the vendor. Please review your selected product, length, texture, and other options carefully before ordering.

SHIPPING & PICKUP

How long does shipping take?

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery within the United States is generally 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier and destination.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Local pickup is available Sunday–Saturday, 8 AM–8 PM at 2325 Central Ave, Middletown, OH 45044. Select Local Pickup at checkout to avoid shipping charges.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow some time for tracking to become active.

RETURNS & PRODUCTS

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All hair products from The Royal Effect are final sale due to health, hygiene, and sanitation reasons. This includes bundles, wigs, closures, frontals, and other hair products. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at hello@theroyaleffect.beauty with your order number, photos, and a clear description of the issue so we can review it.

Can the color, texture, or appearance of my hair vary?

Yes. Human hair is a natural product, so slight variations in texture, color, density, and overall appearance may occur. These natural variations are part of the character of authentic human hair.
